AUKI ApS owns the domain name www.aukinutrients.com.

PAYMENT
AUKI ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. AUKI uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information. The transaction fee does not exceed the fees set by Bambora.

AUKI ApS sells dietary supplements produced with sustainable ingredients from the sea.

DELIVERY
Free delivery on all orders to Denmark.
AUKI broadcasts on all weekdays. Delivery time is 1-3 days, if the item is in stock, see evt. delivery during the item itself. We send with GLS, you receive per. mail a shipment number on your package on which you can search for the package. Choose yourself in which parcel shop in your immediate area you want to pick up the parcel. You will receive an email when the package is ready for collection in the selected package shop.

DELIVERY ABROAD
Free shipping world wide for purchases over 500 DKK.
We ship to most countries in the world. The package is sent with either GLS or Post Danmark and handed out by the respective partners in the various countries. The shipping time is usually 3-5 business days depending on the country of delivery. The shipping fee does not vary geographically for packages under 5 kg. For packages over 5 kg. a freight charge is calculated based on the specific country of delivery. The final shipping fee appears on the shipping page when you order. There is no possibility of free shipping on packages abroad.

Customs duties and taxes may apply when your order is to be delivered in another country outside the EU. You have to pay for these expenses yourself. Customs rules vary greatly from country to country, so contact your local customs authorities if in doubt.

Delivery to EU countries
Delivery costs DKK 150 regardless of weight.
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 500

Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Norway
For packages up to 5 kg. the freight costs 175 kr.
Free shipping on purchases over 1000 DKK Delivery time +4 days.

Delivery to the rest of the world
Delivery costs DKK 200 regardless of weight. Max weight of shipments is 10 kg.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
AUKI gives you a 30-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. You must inform us that you regret your purchase either by phone or by e-mail. It must be clear that you regret your purchase. You will find contact information for us at the top of the page.

When you want to exercise the right of withdrawal: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use the product, but you may want to carefully examine it. If the product is damaged, AUKI has the right to claim compensation for the depreciation of the product. If the item is lost while it is in your custody, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

Return costs must be borne by you. We will refund the full amount. Remember to enclose your order form that came with your order. As well as write if you want an exchange or money back. If you want a replacement, we will pay you a new delivery.

AUKI will cover return costs to a reasonable extent, if it is an error / defect on our part, possibly. defect in the item or incorrect delivery.

COMPLAINT
As a customer of auki.dk, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint about the products. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation, this of course requires that the complaint is justified and you should always just contact us at info@auki.dk. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the item. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period that auki.dk has offered you.
Any errors or omissions in delivery from Auki must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact auki.dk via email.

REFUSION
If the money is to be refunded, we will deposit the amount back on the payment card.
